Abstract

Gynecologic carcinosarcomas, previously known as malignant mixed Müllerian tumors, are uncommon malignancies that demonstrate an aggressive biology and lack a standard therapeutic approach. Molecular analyses have revealed recurrent alterations in chromatin remodeling genes, but clinical support for therapeutic significance is lacking.
