What if Amazon Ran Healthcare?
Leading change in the internet economy takes different thinking and skills then those that got us the healthcare miracles we have today. Tech companies learned they needed to perfect the product, get serious about costs, remove friction, control the last mile, and accelerate careers to disrupt their industry. Healthcare leaders, and the systems they run, can use the same concepts to re-think our entrenched care models of today.
